DIABETES OR ARTERIAL ULCERS

I got stunned, when asked to students: "What type of injury is usually on foot"?, Simultaneously student replied 'paaaakk diabetic wounds ...', 'anything else "?, All the rest did not answer.
Indeed diabetic wounds is one of the most common chronic wounds occur in the legs. In fact, every 30 seconds, diabetic foot amputations in the world (M. Yunir 2008). The diabetic wound care costs an average of 4-5 million rupiah cost recovery with 2-3 months old (Widasari 2007).
